The Port Loves Pets Policy

• Max of 2 dogs per room
• Dogs must be well behaved and not aggressive. Any dog that barks or disrupts other guests will be asked to leave. 
• Rooms are thoroughly cleaned after a pet stays and the added cleaning cost is $20 per stay.

The balance is due when the reservation is made.

Cancellation & rescheduling requests are honored as follows

• Guest receives 100% refund if request occurs at least 14 days before arrival;
• Guest receives 50% refund if request occurs at least 7 days before arrival;
• No refunds for request within 7 days of arrival.

Guests are offered two different travel insurance options. Guests that decline travel insurance and request to cancel inside the cancellation window will not receive a refund.
